WRBLO Community Interest Company (WRBLO) is an organisation registered in England and Wales as a company limited by guarantee and our registration 10890526 at Rivers Lodge, West Common, Harpenden, AL5 2JD.
References to ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ are references to WRBLO Community Interest Company known as WRBLO.

Data collected when you donate We collect data if you make a decision to donate to our programme and the data we collect is limited to your name and email address, so we are able to express our thanks to you personally. Personal donations are made via PayPal and we retain none of your personal payment information whatsoever.
Data collected when you contact us
We collect data if contact us via our website’s contact us page and the data we collect is limited to your first name, last name, company name (if applicable) and your email address and the information we collect is so we are able to respond to your request to be contacted. It is important to emphasise that we do not share your data with any other person or organisation.

This policy was last reviewed in August 2018. We have reviewed and amended this policy to take into account our change of address as well as changes required by recent GDPR Legislation. We aim to review our processes periodically and if we make any significant changes to this policy, we will show this clearly on our website, in our publications or by writing to you directly and will expressly ask that you agree.
